We have worked extensively in the areas of oil spill impact assessment and the effects of toxic plankton blooms. We have successfully utilized special filming techniques to measure the build-up of algal red tides. 

We provide our own diving and underwater photography services resulting in a complete Marine Environmental Impact Survey service.

Tidal and Wave Power

We are developing tidal and wave power and desalination plants for the developing world.  Marine Systems is patenting several green technology systems. We hold the intellectual copyright of an innovative tidal flushing system designed to rejuvenate a tidal estuary under threat from siltation and eutrophication.

Marine Systems has developed a novel clam-harvesting system suitable for economic harvesting of razorfish.
